Essential Functions

Rebag is seeking a VIP Seller Services Representative to drive the acquisition of preowned luxury items from individuals for resale. On a daily basis, the representative will:

  •       Proactively outreach and connect with potential sellers until conversion
  •       Host regular calls and/or virtual meetings with sellers to activate and maintain relationships
  •       Drive numbers for procuring preowned designer items
  •       Negotiate with and educate sellers on the resale market along with the overall demand for their items
  •       Research and identify sellers and referral partners for the unique partnership referral program (personal stylists, personal shoppers, retail sales, wardrobe experts, image consultants)
  •       Brainstorm creative ways to target new partnerships


Skills Needed

We're looking for tech-savvy, sales-oriented candidates that have a passion for luxury resale. The candidate loves picking up the phone to close deals and build relationships. They must be passionate about luxury goods, have fashion experience and have a knowledge of the resale market. Candidates should be organized and have excellent time-management skills.

  •       Strong hunter-sales-mindset with a desire to exceed expectations and quotas
  •       Ability to develop new B2C customers through prospecting and leveraging referrals
  •       Has previous client base in similar field or face to face outside sales environment
  •       Ability to quickly establish and maintain productive relationships with key prospects
  •       Ability to multitask and change direction in an ever-changing startup environment
  •       Strong communication, including oral and presentation skills
  •       Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded
  •       Deep understanding of the luxury goods fashion industry and the key players involved
  •       A true passion for luxury goods, especially handbags, jewelry, and accessories
  •       Team-oriented and ability to challenge the status-quo

 

Required Experience

  • 3-4 years experience in B2C sales and/or business development in luxury fashion
  • 4+ years experience in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to take ownership to generate new business
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to operate fully remotely and digitally
  • Ability to work from home in a professional and rigorous way
  • Perfect English in both verbal and written communications
  • Long term commitment and willingness to grow with the company
