About You

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, revenue operations, and sales to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. You’ll be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do: 

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to build and execute targeted campaigns
  • Build and maintain a schedule of relevant events to develop campaigns around
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via a multi-channel approach including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Identify and map target accounts. Partner with revenue operations to build targeted lists
  • Maintain detailed notes on all conversations with prospects, ensuring seamless handoffs to AEs
  • Become proficient at cold calling and engage prospects with confidence and clarity
  • Work toward team goals and revenue targets by delivering consistently high-quality opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles (preferably in B2B SaaS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask insightful questions
  • High level of organization and attention to detail for managing prospect data and maintaining CRM systems
  • Ability to take initiative, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting
  • A natural curiosity to learn about our product, market, and customers, and use this knowledge to deliver value
  • Highly analytical
