As Invisible AI's Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in advancing our vision by deeply prospecting within OEM accounts and identifying opportunities to open new accounts and verticals. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BDR to generate sales leads for our cutting-edge AI camera solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven professional with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS or IaaS sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach
  • Generate new qualified opportunities through inbound intent signals, multi-threaded cold calls, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn), and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Maintain a high daily activity level (calls, emails, social touches) in CRM, but more importantly, drive outcomes (e.g., discovery calls and converting curiosity into genuine interest with consultative sales techniques).

  • Qualification & Handoff
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospect pain points, budget, authority, and timeline (i.e,. MEDDPICC framework)
  • Accurately qualify and stage each opportunity in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate and hand off meetings to AE’s or the Director of Business Development with clear briefing notes and next steps. 

  • Pipeline Management
  • Track and report on KPIs: calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, pipeline created.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and even craft and optimize campaigns using our sales tools.

  • Market Intelligence
  • Research target accounts and industries (e.g., SME manufacturing, automotive) to tailor outreach.
  • Surface competitive insights and market trends to sales leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in training on product, messaging, objection handling, and sales tools.
  • Share best practices and refine processes to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales development, SDR/BDR or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly meetings-booked or pipeline targets.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to craft personalized outreach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Lemlist, Loom, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, automotive, or industrial technology sectors.
  • Exposure to account-based selling and other sales or GTM frameworks.
  • Understanding of Computer Vision and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact on our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The estimated base salary benchmark guideline range for this role is $50,000-$65,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay and benefits.
