We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern to support the design and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) systems. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business needs, building solutions, and working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

· Contribute to the design and development of BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and BI capabilities.

· Document data flows, transformation logic, and user guides to support solution adoption.

· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.

· Track BI project progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with business needs and timelines.

· Analyze performance data to implement continuous improvements in reporting and data quality.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver user training on BI tools

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in data engineering, analytics, business analytics, or a related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Proficienct in Power BI, with knowledge of ETL principles, relational data bases and data model standards.

· Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Python is an asset.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

· Adaptable and effective in dynamic environments.

· Proactive and solution-driven mindset.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills.
