ob Title: Business Intelligence Data Engineer

Join our Program Management, Quality, and Application Security team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Engineer! We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional passionate about data who thrives in a dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global teams to develop innovative solutions for data processing and trend visualization, helping improve internal processes and providing valuable insights for customers. A strong background in software coding and scripting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve data processing and analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain BI applications and data pipelines.
Automate data processing tasks using software coding and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Java).
Apply AI/ML techniques to create predictive models and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data storage while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing large datasets.
Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and trends effectively.
Provide support and training to teams utilizing BI tools and applications.
Basic Qualifications:
College degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or similar roles.
Proficiency in coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java).
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
Familiarity with APIs such as REST.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD.
Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
