As a Business Operations Analyst at Array, you will support the execution and scaling of core operational processes across compliance, product, and partner integrations. You will work across teams to ensure our systems, workflows, and controls operate effectively within a regulated fintech environment. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to move quickly across priorities. This role reports to the COO.
You will:
- Support day-to-day business operations across compliance, payments, lending, and partner bank programs
- Execute and maintain operational processes and controls aligned with NACHA, lending regulations, and partner requirements
- Review workflows, product flows, and internal processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to support compliant and scalable implementation of new features and integrations
- Assist with audits, partner requests, and regulatory inquiries by gathering and organizing documentation
- Monitor regulatory and operational changes and support updates to processes, controls, and documentation
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought
You have:
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within fintech, banking, or lending
- Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., NACHA, TILA, UDAAP, FCRA) and how they apply in operations
- Experience working with or supporting bank partner or sponsor bank models
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly and accurately
- Ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable workflows and processes
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Clear communicator who can work effectively across Legal, Product, and Operations
- High ownership mindset with a focus on execution and follow-through
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
Pay transparency: $100,000 + for base salary, depending on experience.
