NeoWork is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our client's growing team in the Software Development industry. As a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing systems that optimize internal processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements across departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build and implement scalable technology solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain Workato integrations; support integration management.
- Conduct end-to-end QA, including Salesforce testing, defect documentation, and UAT.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting across Salesforce, Looker, Workato, and other systems.
- Maintain system documentation: user guides, training materials, and process flows.
- Support RevOps tech stack management: provisioning, vendor relations, data enrichment, and enablement.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with:
- Salesforce (Admin, QA, API architecture, reporting, support)
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Looker (LookML, SQL)
- Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
- Experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage with international stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
