About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to serve as the critical link between our business teams and IT. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear technical solutions, evaluate and recommend software tools, and help design efficient processes that support our strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and IT stakeholders to ensure that systems and workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
What you will do
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend information technology solutions that address specific operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation and improvement of systems and business processes.
  • Define system scope, objectives, and documentation standards for new and existing initiatives.
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation to guide tool implementation and process improvements.
  • Evaluate new software tools and technologies to determine fit within current and future IT environments.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating issue reporting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support system enhancements by defining requirements, participating in testing, and ensuring smooth adoption by end users.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or STEM-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally within internal IT teams.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both business and IT environments.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and systems.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience creating high-quality documentation including functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ​​​​​​​Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating issue resolutions.
  • Strong ability to research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions and internal process improvements.
