The role we are offering you:
Administrative Assistant Tasks:

Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.

Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
-
Support event planning and coordination activities.
Facility Management Tasks:
-
Create/update the inventory of the office facilities.
-
Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
-
Support the management of office supplies and equipment.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Our ideal candidate has:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Education

Pursuing a/an college/undergraduate/ degree
Location of the internship is in Ottawa.
Internship will be carried out in person
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
