About the Role

The demand generation team is responsible for generating awareness, interest, and demand for Tecsys solutions, in support of overall business objectives. The team identifies and nurtures potential leads to launch opportunities throughout the customer buying journey, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth for the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • With strong acumen in both business needs and marketing GTM strategy, create and execute annual integrated demand generation plan with defined KPIs throughout the funnel. This includes new contact acquisition; lead generation; conversion into MQL, SQL and SAL; and ultimate pipeline generation and conversion into Booked/Won.
  • Build, scale, monitor and optimize email nurture programs to accelerate to MQL status.
  • Build prospect database per targeted needs of vertical.
  • Orchestrate execution of plan via collaborative relationships with product marketing, digital marketing, events management, creative services, field marketing, and sales teams, among others.
    • Identify needs for content assets and CTAs and work with product marketing, corporate communications and creative services to drive the right content and CTA at each phase of the customer journey. Work with product marketing to deliver customer journey map.
    • Ensure events are specifically leveraged as part of the demand generation plan
    • Integrate digital channels to maximize identification of prospects via digital ads, email, webinars, social, field activities, paid search/media, web, nurture, and more.
    • Leverage analyst reports/PR opptys throughout customer journey as appropriate
    • Enable sales teams with campaign kits, key campaign pillars and messaging, and marketing channel recommendations.
    • Continually test and learn; recommend new channels, acquisition approaches and A/B tests to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Establish, and monitor performance management KPIs. Draw insights from performance, make data-based adjustments to optimize performance. Share learnings across the organization.
    • Track campaign budget and analyze reports to determine performance and ROI of marketing campaigns.
    • Key deliverables: annual demand generation plan plus 1x year refresh; demand generation activities at a glance calendar; customer journey; data card; KPI dashboard.
Requirements
    • Experience in B2B demand generation and campaign development.
    • Must have proven ability to quickly build strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, the sales process, and the buyer journey.
    • Superior organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution.
    • Problem solver who enjoys developing solutions in a clear, efficient manner.
    • Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, with a solid team-first mindset.
    • Strong command of traditional marketing disciplines that include SEO, email marketing, lead generation, database management, and reporting.
    • Strong knowledge of modern Martech stacks, including marketing automation, CRM, intent, and content distribution tools.
    • Experience in using project management tools
    • Prone to action, results-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
