TELUS Health is seeking an Integrated Campaigns & Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for our Retirement & Benefits Solutions business. You’ll own how, when, and where we show up in the market, leading multichannel campaigns, account-based initiatives, and digital programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline across Canada and the U.S. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Experience to deliver campaigns that not only generate measurable results but also strengthen the RBS brand story. What you’ll do
Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, and web, including campaign brief development, asset coordination, platform setup, QA, launch, and performance tracking
Partner with Sales to deploy account-based campaign tactics across top-tier opportunities, whitespace accounts, and client expansion
Lead demand generation tactics with a strong focus on pipeline acceleration and qualified lead contribution across both U.S. and Canadian Retirement & Benefits Solutions segments
Partner with Product Marketing and Brand Experience to ensure campaigns reinforce the RBS brand story and differentiation, tailoring messaging to target markets and maintaining visual/verbal consistency across channels.
Partner with Sales Operations to define and continuously refine lead scoring models, routing logic, and lifecycle stages, and oversee the execution of inbound lead capture and nurture workflows through HubSpot
Manage and evolve a centralized campaign calendar, coordinating rollouts for national awareness initiatives as well as segment-specific or SIT stage
Develop and optimize nurture strategies tailored to brokers, TPEs, and clients, leveraging HubSpot to build segmented journeys by persona, buying stage, and segment readiness
Oversee SEO strategy (in partnership with internal stakeholders or agency partners) to improve organic visibility for key RBS terms across Canada and the U.S.
Collaborate with Brand Experience to deliver digital campaign support before, during, and after events, helping Sales re-engage attendees and reach key accounts that didn’t attend
What you bring
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, campaign execution, and pipeline acceleration
Proven ability to manage both broad-based campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, knowing when to scale and when to personalize
Strong understanding of brand positioning and ability to apply brand strategy within campaigns to ensure consistency, clarity, and differentiation
Proficiency in HubSpot (automation, journey building, segmentation) and Salesforce (attribution, lead management, reporting)
Strong experience in campaign operations, including UTM tracking, A/B testing, and optimizing multichannel workflows
Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid media platforms, with experience deploying both awareness and conversion campaigns.
Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) and translating insights into campaign action
Strategic mindset combined with tactical execution skills, able to move from whiteboard planning to build-launch-optimize cycles
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Brand to deliver coordinated campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with comfort using campaign data to drive continuous improvement
Great-to-haves
Skilled at using AI to design and scale GTM systems that accelerate pipeline and optimize performance
Design experience in Adobe Creative Suite to support quick-turn creative direction /needs when dedicated resources aren’t available
