The Team and Role:

The Logitech for Business (L4B) team in Canada has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Channel Sales team as a Channel Account Manager, Logitech for Business (L4B) Canada.

As a Channel Account Manager you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships, building strong relationships, developing customized programs, and aligning Logitech’s solutions with the needs of our Channel partner’s customers. Your ability to understand the intricacies of the Channel ecosystem across VARs and AV integrators, think creatively, and lead with a collaborative mindset will be integral to achieving success.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, including executive leadership, solution architects, and marketing teams, to align strategies with key objectives and deliver exceptional value to our Channel partners.

  • Establish executive-level relationships with your assigned Channel partners and ensure alignment with mutual goals and Logitech solutions.

  • Develop tailored joint business plans to drive growth in partnership with the Channel sales teams.

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of strategies to expand partner engagements and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other sales teams to elevate cross-partner engagement and ensure continuity in service delivery

  • Partner closely with internal Logitech teams, including Solution Architects, to strategically position Logitech’s video collaboration and IT product portfolio to meet customer needs.

  • Set go-to-market plans and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with your assigned Channel partners.

  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting across all Logitech portfolios with your assigned Channel partners.

  • Work closely with channel marketing to effectively utilize MDF budgets and execute initiatives that drive partner growth, generate new revenue, and establish long-term customer relationships.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Exceptional channel management experience, ideally with a technology manufacturer.

  • Proven success working with IT and AV VARs and integrators, ideally across both Public and Private sector.

  • Strategic and proactive relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success engaging and influencing “C”-level executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and professional manner.

  • Exceptional presentation skills and executive presence to facilitate impactful conversations with stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated to develop partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Creative approach to marketing and messaging tailored to specific needs.

  • Leadership capabilities in building joint business plans that achieve shared objectives.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including video collaboration, unified communications, networking/mobility, and security products.

  • Experience selling unified communications (UC) solutions and solid knowledge of cloud technologies.

  • Ability to lead sales demonstrations and training sessions effectively.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and end-customer engagement.

Travel Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel across Canada up to 50% of the time (75% of that locally to the Greater Toronto Area, and 25% of that in other provinces for regional on-site meetings, trainings, events, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience in partner enablement, joint business planning, and co-selling strategies.

  • Ability to map partner landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and provide competitive insights.

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) of typically between $ 146K and $ 222K CAD dependent on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
