What’s this role about?

As a member of the Auvik Channel Sales Team, you will play a key role in developing core relationships with channel partners and help accelerate Auvik’s expansion and success within the indirect sales channels in North America. Oh, you want something more specific? Keep reading.

What will you be doing?

  • Relationship management: Develop deep and trusted relationships with key players within supported channel partners. Working with their sales, technical sales, training, marketing and leadership teams to uncover additional partnership opportunities to drive value and revenue growth.
  • Channel enablement: Work internally with enablement, training & marketing to help define needs, and externally with channel partners to schedule and deliver training.  Ensure your channel partners can effectively identify opportunities and position Auvik to their customers and are supplied with the tools they need to uncover leads for Auvik.
  • Pipeline growth: Work with existing channel partners or recruit new partners to generate leads and meetings that result in new MRR for Auvik.
  • Program execution: Work alongside the Auvik channel and go-to-market teams to promote and execute on channel and marketing programs to ensure adoption and success. Provide feedback and guidance to leadership on opportunities to improve and partnership opportunities with key channel partners.
  • Partner recruitment: Identify high-value channel partner targets, prospect, recruit, and sign to join Auvik’s channel program.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as an account executive, account manager, channel enablement or channel manager.
  • Proven track record of building value with channel partners. You understand their business, our business, and how bringing the two together can help us both deliver revenue. You can communicate that value to prospective and current channel partners to build a “trusted advisor” relationship, then you roll up your sleeves and build that value for both sides.
  • Experience successfully managing a funnel and exceeding quota.
  • An organized, self-starter who is both a builder and a doer, building plans and executing through to success while acting as an ambassador both internally and with our partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate training, team meetings and presentations.
  • Can multitask like a boss with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Is willing and able to travel (within North America) up to 10% of the time.

Are there bonus points?
