In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners and our regional marketing team to develop and execute high-impact programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Success in this role requires experience in designing and executing revenue-generating programs in partnership with both direct sales teams and reseller partners.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the Canada Marketing Plan, working closely with internal teams and partners.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, channel programs, and digital initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Salesforce and other marketing tools.
- Advocate for partner and country-specific marketing needs, securing internal resources and aligning initiatives with global programs.
- Manage partner incentives, budgets, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) to maximize impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Field Marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and success.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in Canada, including work with resellers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or networking is a plus.
