We are looking for a rockstar Channel SDR to join an unmatched team! As a Channel SDR, you will be a key player in expanding our partner ecosystem by identifying and engaging potential resellers, MSSPs, and referral partners. Must be located in San Diego. This is a hybrid role and you are required to be in the San Diego office three days a week.
What you'll do:
- Research potential channel partners, identify key players, and generate interest through cold outreach (calls, emails, and social selling).
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage a pipeline of prospective partners.
Discover new partnership opportunities through internet research, LinkedIn Navigator, and industry networking. - Utilize active listening skills to understand partner needs and communicate how Drata’s platform can drive value.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics, including meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and new contacts added. - Accurately track partner interactions and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.

What you'll bring:
- A Proven Track Record: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role; sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus. This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The expected range of On-Target Earnings for this role is $100,000, subject to change.
