Summary:

As Chief of Staff, you will take ownership over critical day-to-day operations and help scale the company through its next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team across marketing, talent, sales, and product to drive critical initiatives forward.

This is a deeply cross-functional role for a high-caliber generalist who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and is looking .

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive high priority cross-functional operations. Identify and fill gaps across marketing, GTM, legal, talent, and other critical parts of the business to ensure execution of company-critical projects.

  • Manage strategic finance. Own and coordinate financial operations including vendor negotiations, tax, accounting, cost optimization, and managing invoices.

  • Support customer success & onboarding. Facilitate early customer conversations, coordinate pilots, and ensure communication with customers.

  • Help recruit, onboard, and manage the team. Take over critical people operations systems and ensure new hires can thrive in their respective roles.

  • Lead ad hoc initiatives. Drive high-priority projects such as SOC2 certification, planning offsites, fundraising processes, etc. This role requires someone who will roll up their sleeves on whatever is needed.

Experience:
  • Have 3-6+ years of experience in strategy/operations at a high-growth startup, consulting, or finance.

  • Are analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of executing complex projects end-to-end.

  • Generalist mindset with strong strategic thinking and a bias for action. No project is too big or too small.

  • Are a strong communicator and collaborator who can move easily between project management and hands-on execution.

  • Strong finance and modeling fundamentals to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making

  • Have exposure to creative tooling and/or generative AI companies, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
