The Client Data Analyst II develops and provides analytics in the areas of orders, candidate supply, pipeline, financials, quality, compensation, timecard, billing, and Client related reporting. The role will help provide day-to-day reporting for our direct line of businesses reaching across front, mid, and back office functions. This position will help provide insight into our outstanding delivery of clinician- and physician-related services.
Job Responsibilities- Develops strong working relationships with division leadership, functional business leaders, and domain authorities
- Is a strong partner and trusted advisor to the business (internal consultant)
- Delivers business recommendations based on analytics using strong written and verbal communication
- Finds opportunities to use analytics and reporting toolsets to influence decision-making and achieve business objectives
- Ideal candidate uses Lean Six Sigma techniques and process improvement methodologies
- Acts as a driving force to automate the measurement of internal turn-around times and compare to benchmarks and baselines
- Manages process improvement initiatives within agreed-upon time frames
- Works across functional silos to deliver improvements and conduct regular process reviews
- Develops and maintains recurring performance and compensation reporting for the sales team that spans all levels of the organization from branch management to senior leadership
- Works with collaborators to operationalize the reporting to impact the organization
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Master's Degree is a plus.
Additional Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and/or reporting.
- Must be fluent in SQL, preferable experience in R and Python.
- Must be an advanced user of Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, and or SAP Fieldglass data is a plus.
- Comfortability around Power BI related coding: DAX and M - code
- Exceptional communication and soft skills are required.
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$82,000 - $97,500 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
