The Opportunity...Centerfield is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Intern to support our Client Success team. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and account management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Client Success Intern, you will work closely with Account Managers and leadership to support day-to-day operations, client deliverables, reporting processes, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in client success, digital marketing, or account management.
This internship provides exposure to real client programs, internal strategy discussions, and operational processes — offering a strong foundation for future growth into roles such as an Account Coordinator and beyond.

How You'll Contribute...Support the Client Success team in delivering high-quality experiences across assigned client programs
Assist Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks to ensure client requests and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Participate in internal meetings and client calls, including note-taking and follow-up documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Business Development, Operations) to support client initiatives
Learn Centerfield’s products, services, and internal systems to build foundational knowledge of digital marketing
Internship Project Opportunity:
In addition to supporting day-to-day Client Success operations, this role will own a structured internship project designed to create a measurable impact for the team.
The project may focus on areas such as:
Improving internal reporting efficiency or documentation processes
Developing client-facing playbooks, templates, or onboarding materials
Analyzing performance trends across accounts to identify optimization opportunities
Supporting a new product rollout or pilot initiative
The intern will:
Partner with a dedicated mentor to define project scope and success metrics
Present findings and recommendations to Client Success leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Deliver a tangible asset, process improvement, or insight that drives team performance
Hands-on exposure to client account management in a digital marketing environment
Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
Training on internal systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Mentorship from experienced Client Success leaders
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong interest in client success, digital marketing, account management, or advertising
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor

This is a 12-week paid internship starting in June 2026 and ending in August 2026. Interns will work 24 hours per week from our HQ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
