This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Clinical Assurance Analyst to support the implementation and functional validation of a Digital Referrals & Orders (DRO) program.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and software testing. The role will work closely with Clinical Informatics Specialists, subject matter experts, technical teams, health authorities, and vendors.



Requirements
  • Analyze clinical/business and technical requirements.
  • Develop, update and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression and smoke testing.
  • Support end-to-end clinical and functional product validation.
  • Identify, document, track and retest bugs and defects.
  • Work with SMEs to determine the severity and impact of defects.
  • Maintain testing and project documentation in JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams.
  • Work with Clinical Informatics Specialists to translate requirements and user stories into test cases.
  • Support automation testing activities.
  • Assist with healthcare workflow reviews and needs assessments.
  • Support current-state and future-state workflow mapping and gap analysis.
  • Identify and help mitigate clinical risks related to system design, build, launch and ongoing operations.
