As a Collaboration Systems & AI Innovation Intern, you will sit at the intersection of how our company communicates and how we work smarter. You will assist in managing our global messaging platforms (Microsoft Teams, Slack) and play a hands-on role in deploying and refining AI-driven productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Assist in building and testing custom GPTs and conversational bots within Microsoft Copilot Studio to solve specific business problems.
- Platform Support: Help maintain and optimize Microsoft Teams and Slack environments, ensuring seamless messaging and conferencing experiences.
- User Enablement: Create "How-To" guides, video walkthroughs, and documentation to help employees get the most out of Microsoft Copilot and our video conferencing tools.
- Troubleshooting: Work alongside the team to diagnose and resolve issues related to web/video conferencing and collaboration software.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor usage trends and feedback to identify opportunities for better tool adoption and workflow automation.

Qualifications
- Current Student: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Tech Enthusiast: You follow the latest trends in Generative AI and have a genuine interest in how LLMs (Large Language Models) work.
- Problem Solver: You don’t just report problems. You enjoy digging into settings and documentation to find solutions.
- Communicator: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people clearly and patiently.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with Power Platform, basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), or experience moderating/managing online communities (like Microsoft Teams or Slack).
- Able to work for the compete summer break (May – August or June – September)

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
