KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

● Own and maintain the Deal Review Standard Operating Procedures.

● Facilitate continuous education and training for sellers and stakeholders.

● Leverage available reporting to drive process improvements.

● Work cross functionally to standardize and globalize pricing tools and how they interact within the Salesforce process.

● Bridge the gap between non-compliant pricing tools and current standards and processes.

● Support the Business Finance team in ownership of a complex digital opportunity pricing tool.

● Coordinate with Deal Operations Center on Opportunity Review Board expectations and standards as well as facilitate a stronger connection between the Opportunity Review Board and Salesforce Deal Review process.

● Provide data for and help drive decision making around key pricing decisions for our sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

● 5-8 years of progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast and business analysis support within a large, global corporation; ideally gained thorough performing a mix of Corporate and Business Unit roles while working in a matrixed environment

● Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.

● Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills strongly preferred.

● Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis for senior management.

● Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, work in a collaborative style and become a

sought-out financial business partner.

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
