The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Managers and Producers to service existing customers as needed

  • Issue Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Insurance and any additional, proof of coverage as needed

  • Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes

  • Assist clients with inquiries, billing issues, and other service-related tasks. Respond to client emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support the team in processing new business, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in agency management systems. Assist with entering client data, policy updates, and documentation.

  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to commercial lines sales and service

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred

  • Detailed oriented

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Multi-Tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player

  • Willing to get licensed within 6 months
