Job DescriptionThe position:
- You will be integrated into the Global Tooling teams, more specifically into the ServiceNow teams.
- You will contribute to the evolution of our platform, integration of new modules, new projects, automation, Artificial Intelligence, upgrade of the platform and interconnection with other ITSM.
The missions:
- Actively participate in major development projects of the platform.
- Develop and customize by using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, Javascript and Data Querying
- Contribute to evolution of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, CSM, …)
- Contribute to version upgrades.
- Contribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Handle minor evolutions and incident resolution.
- Participate in the automation of recurring tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Be proactive and share your experience with the team.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service-Now developer.
- CSA, CAD certifications are mandatory. ITSM Specialist is a plus, as well-as ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST web services, data querying, workflow designer, and flow designer.
- Mastery of ACLs.
- Experience with upgrades/cloning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- Two successful experiences as ServiceNow Developer.
- You have already work in an Infrastructure Services context.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
- Team spirit, collaboration and communication.
- Fluent English and French, spoken and written.
