We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form and long-form video content. You’ll work within our Growth team to script, shoot, and publish videos that highlight Voiceflow’s unique agent-building platform in the broader context of the AI Agent landscape. This is a creator-driven role best suited for a curious storyteller who is passionate about technology and loves being in front of the camera.

You’ll work on opening up our YouTube presence to a wider audience, developing repeatable and engaging video formats that grow our subscriber base and user base. This role will work closely with a team of growth marketers that will help you strategize, produce, and distribute your ideas. If you’re the kind of person who immediately works towards turning ideas into reality, we want you on the team.

This is a 3-month contract position, with opportunity to extend into a permanent, full-time role.

What You’ll Do
  • Own top-of-funnel video content creation, focused on acquiring and maintaining a viewer base on YouTube
  • Regularly film in our downtown Toronto office, working with our team to create video content that creates impact
  • Stay on top of AI and technology trends and viral moments
  • Build AI agents and automation projects using Voiceflow and other tools like Make.com, n8n, and Zapier
  • Analyze your content’s metrics and use them to inform future decisions and strategy
  • Discover the best ways to engage our core, casual, and new audiences through YouTube titles, thumbnails, and editing
About You
  • Have a storyteller mindset, understanding how to engage an audience, build suspense, and reward a viewer’s time with high-quality content
  • Enjoy problem-solving complex issues by understanding user behaviour, psychology, and viewing patterns
  • Are passionate about AI and technology, with the ability to build unique technical projects
  • Understand what makes a good video, consuming social media content with intention and a critical eye
  • Are a self-starter, able to take an idea to execution quickly to experiment and test hypotheses about what content works best
  • Are confident working independently through ambiguous situations, making decisions using metrics, experimenting with new ideas
  • Have a portfolio of stories or projects that exemplify your creative and technical abilities
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with JavaScript or AI Agent building platforms
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent editing software
  • Send in a short (1 min) video introducing yourself to the hiring team!
