The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketer to join our team at Nexxt Intelligence. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic self-starter eager to grow their career in B2B SaaS marketing, and who thrives in a collaborative, remote work environment. You will support all facets of our marketing operations and play a vital role in building our company’s thought leadership and brand presence in the market research technology space.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, social media, events)
Review, draft, edit, and help publish engaging content including videos, blog posts, newsletters, social posts, announcements, and case studies
Coordinate activities and logistics for webinars, industry events, and other marketing programs
Monitor analytics dashboards and compile performance reports for campaigns, website traffic, and social media
Support database management, lead qualification, and the preparation of email marketing campaigns
Conduct industry and competitor research to inform campaigns and content
Help maintain and enhance our website and knowledge base with updated materials
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on cross-functional initiatives
Assist with administrative tasks and other marketing operations as required
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of marketing experience or relevant internship in a B2B technology environment (market research or SaaS preferred)
Demonstrable skills in producing/editing videos and in content writing and management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling content
Basic understanding of marketing tools and platforms such as Zoho, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics
Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, distributed team
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning new technologies and digital tools
A collaborative, can-do team spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt
Familiarity with the market research industry, SaaS products, or conversational AI is an asset
