      Career Opportunity: Content Marketing Associate with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Cincinnati, Ohio

      What You Will Be Doing:

      • Passion for the creative process and working with an external creative director.
      • Ensure that all content, internally and publicly facing, is on brand, on point, consistent and accurate.
      • Strong story telling skillset and an organized strategic mindset, thinking about the work as an ecosystem not a series of tasks.
      • Confidence to develop a cohesive brand story across all platforms.
      • Own social media strategy and how that ties to all the work we do.
      • Understanding and leveraging AI tools to help with workload, efficiency, keeping abreast of what is new and is excited about what is coming in the world of marketing and brand engagement.
      • This role requires working with other team members and you will have oversight to ensure all content is on brand and meets national BBB standards.
      • Exhibits sound understanding of all social media platforms both strategically and how to execute.
      • Ability to stay neutral and not show any bias. We serve a wide and varied community.

      Qualifications

      What We Are Looking For:

      • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or writing
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS, Smarter Select, Slack, and other marketing tools
      • Expertise in social media, strategy, content development and execution
      • Builder of strategic content roadmaps and understanding of customer journeys
      • Ability to pivot and stay calm in the storm.
      • Ability to thrive in the office in a busy department with multiple projects and staying organized
      • Knowledge of AEM, Core CMS, email content management systems
      • Creative thinker and strategist
