ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead who knows how to turn ideas into leads—and leads into customers. In this role, you’ll drive the creation and distribution of high-impact content across multiple channels to generate demand, strengthen our brand authority, and support every stage of the marketing and sales funnel.

You’re part strategist, part writer, and part content engine—someone who knows how to build a content ecosystem that keeps delivering value. Whether it’s writing blog posts, repackaging influencer content into ebooks, or launching a free email course, your work will help generate momentum that powers growth and closes deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage the content calendar—including campaign planning, production timelines, and launch dates.

  • Build repeatable, scalable processes for content creation, distribution, and repurposing.

  • Create, repurpose, and remix content into high-performing assets such as blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, email courses, and ad-ready materials.

  • Own the long-form content pipeline: plan and write blog posts, customer guides, and case studies.

  • Mine existing content (e.g., webinars, influencer collaborations, call recordings, and support documentation) and turn it into engaging, educational campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to align content with business priorities.

  • Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversion—across formats and funnel stages.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of voice, positioning, and audience relevance.

  • Strategic thinker with an eye for high-leverage opportunities in existing materials.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

WHY JOIN SPELLBOOK?
  • Embrace autonomy and accountability in a flexible, remote work environment; we focus on outcomes and empower you to determine how to get the job done

  • Access our company-paid group benefits for you and your family, with $1,000 towards mental health support

  • Disconnect during our holiday closure and take advantage of our generous time off policies throughout the year

  • Enjoy monthly paid meals, an annual wellness allowance to support your well-being and parental leave top-ups as your family grows

  • Secure your stake in our success; you’ll receive competitive stock option grants as a pivotal early employee

We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive candidate experience. Should you require any accommodation whatsoever during the interview process, please inform us without any hesitation.
