We’re growing our Shopify delivery team and are looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to join us.

As a Shopify Premier Partner, we help design, build and launch world-class ecommerce experiences for ambitious brands, on Shopify Plus.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a project-to-project basis. You’re a proven intermediate to senior PM with at least five years of experience managing large-scale digital projects — ideally including Shopify ecommerce builds across DTC, B2B, and subscription-based models.

You’ll lead Shopify migration, implementation, and enhancement projects, ensuring quality and clarity across every phase of delivery. You’re comfortable balancing speed, quality, and collaboration — guiding teams through complex builds, platform transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale ecommerce projects — including Shopify Plus replatforms, re-themes, DTC and B2B builds, and subscription-based solutions.
  • Own project planning, requirements definition, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage complex, multi-stream projects to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Confidently communicate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders, managing expectations throughout.

Problem Solving

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve ecommerce, UX, and integration challenges with practical and scalable solutions.
  • Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable steps for non-technical audiences.
  • Anticipate risks, identify dependencies, and take proactive steps to keep projects on track.

Team Coordination

  • Foster alignment across strategy, design, development, and QA — ensuring all components fit together seamlessly.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, sprint execution, and delivery reviews.
  • Drive project estimation, scope documentation, and SOW creation by gathering inputs from key stakeholders.

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication and transparency.
  • Lead approvals, milestones, and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather feedback and ensure project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.

Project Tracking & Performance

  • Track scope, budget, and resource allocation to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation (SOWs, CRs, RAID logs, invoices).
  • Report on milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Confidently lead scope, budget, and timeline conversations when changes arise.
