Le rôle de coordonnatrice e-commerce – demandes courantes consiste à assurer la gestion efficace des projets de maintenance et de mises à jour sur les plateformes Magento, Shopify, WordPress et Craft CMS. Vous participez au suivi des requêtes clients, analysez leurs besoins et coordonnez les tâches avec l’équipe technique pour garantir la qualité et la stabilité des sites e-commerce.
Une journée typique pour toi serait:
- Participer à l’analyse et au suivi des demandes clients, afin de proposer des solutions adaptées et réalistes;
- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les plans de maintenance ainsi que les mises à jour techniques sur Magento, Shopify, WordPress et Craft CMS;
- Assurer la communication interne avec l’équipe de production (développeurs, designers, QA) pour un suivi fluide des tâches;
- Réaliser, lorsque possible, des ajustements simples sur les plateformes (contenu, produits, configurations);
- Suivre les temps alloués aux tâches et assurer une facturation juste selon les estimations prévues;
- Identifier les risques potentiels et contribuer à une gestion proactive des projets;
- Contrôler la qualité des livrables avant leur mise en ligne.

The E-commerce Coordinator – Current Requests role involves ensuring the efficient management of maintenance projects and updates on Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and Craft CMS platforms. You will participate in tracking client requests, analyze their needs, and coordinate tasks with the technical team to ensure the quality and stability of e-commerce sites.
A typical day for you would be:
- Participate in the analysis and tracking of client requests to propose suitable and realistic solutions.Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance plans as well as technical updates on Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and Craft CMS;
- Ensure internal communication with the production team (developers, designers, QA) for smooth task tracking;
- Perform simple adjustments on the platforms when possible (content, products, configurations);
- Track time allocated to tasks and ensure accurate billing according to planned estimates;
- Identify potential risks and contribute to proactive project management;
- Control the quality of deliverables before going live.
Exigences / Requirements:
- Minimum 2 ans dans le domaine du web, idéalement en e-commerce;
- Au moins 1 an en coordination de projets digitaux;
- Bonne connaissance de Magento, Shopify, WordPress et Craft CMS;
- Compréhension solide des processus de maintenance et d’assurance qualité;
- Expérience en agence numérique ou en gestion de plusieurs sites clients (un atout);
- Bilinguisme (un atout).
- Minimum 2 years in the web field, ideally in e-commerce;
- At least 1 year in digital project coordination;
- Strong knowledge of Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and Craft CMS.Solid understanding of maintenance processes and quality assurance;
- Experience in a digital agency or managing multiple client sites (an asset);
- Bilingual (an asset).
