HiBob is seeking an experienced Integrations and Post sale (CS) Solution architect (CSA) to join our CS Solution Architects . In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating a close relationship with the Product team, and gain a technical understanding of the Integrations between HiBob's HR platform and our clients' existing systems & Payroll Hub platform functionality. Your deep expertise will make you a pivotal resource in driving successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction.
As an Integrations & Payroll CSA, you'll be at the forefront of our client engagements, providing technical solutions and hands-on support throughout the Integrations & Payroll lifecycle. You will work closely with clients' IT teams and HR-Admins, as well as HiBob's internal Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams.

Base salaries for this role range from $120,000 - $160,000 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

- Industry Experience: Background in HR or HR Tech implementation is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with integrations and payroll information systems in a technical, customer-facing role such as Payroll Specialist in a tech company, Implementation Manager, Customer Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
- API Development: Hands-on experience in working with RESTful APIs and ability to customize and test solutions per specific needs.
- Experience with Integration Platforms: Proficiency in API middleware such as Zapier or Workato is highly valued.
- SQL and Database Management : Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Customer-Centric Mindset : Strong customer success orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
- Able to effectively communicate technical information to both internal teams and non-technical clients.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and strategic approach with the ability to work with the right sense of urgency and find creative solutions independently and while collaborating with the team.
- Exceptional time management, organization, prioritization, adaptability, and ownership skills, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus
- SaaS Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience working with subscription-based products.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in deploying and managing integrations.
- Experience with Payroll vendors such as ADP WFN, Paylocity, Trinet, Dayforce and BenAdmin vendors.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Technical Resource: Serve as the primary resource for any Integrations & Payroll related inquiries around implementation, roadmap, and client roadblocks.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients and implementation managers on best practices for Integrations & Payroll, including product setup for better engagement and common configurations.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with Product teams to address Integrations & Payroll related feature requests, and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Training, Enablement and Knowledge: Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and clients to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to manage and maintain the platform including live solutions and new releases.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
