Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $32.84 ou/or $51.75 (Sept. 2025 - Aug. 2026)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Contribute to the writing and updating of Common Law texts as part of the “Common Law en Bref” project.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in one of the programs offered by the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. Must be familiar with the citation rules of the Canadian Legal Citation Manual. A background in both legal systems is an asset.

This contract is meant to be renewed in January and end on April 9th, 2027.
