  • python or javascript/typescript - for reproducing issues and building solutions

  • human - you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire

  • systematic - you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause

nice to have:

  • k8s experience

  • vector search or full-text search background

  • experience with the major cloud platforms
