We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting our customer-obsessed strategies focused on awareness, adoption, retention, and expansion. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, excel at organization, and possess a strong commitment to building customer relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
- Advocacy Ecosystem: Manage a customer advocacy ecosystem—including participation in references, quotes, events, stories, and speaking opportunities.
- Storytelling: Tell customer success stories in compelling ways that drive internal advocacy, promote our customers, and inspire further brand loyalty.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop customer lifecycle programs that reinforce platform value, drive adoption and upsells, and provide thought leadership throughout the journey.
- Growth Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns that directly impact renewals, upsell opportunities, and expansion growth.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align initiatives such as beta programs, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), and referrals.
- Content Creation: Create specialized marketing content to support Account Management and Customer Success in training at-risk customers and driving satisfaction.
- Measurement: Evaluate and showcase the success of customer campaigns, highlighting their specific impact on revenue growth and NRR.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) required.
- Advocacy Expertise: Proven experience building advocacy programs and managing multi-channel engagement (email, webinars, case studies, social proof, and review management).
- Narrative Skills: Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling narratives for thought leadership and cross-functional enablement.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strategic Mindset: A thinker who can look beyond the day-to-day to reach long-term sales goals and improve the overall customer experience.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding emotional intelligence and active listening skills; ability to clearly convey value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Execution: A proactive self-starter who acts with urgency and remains agile during rapid campaign cycles.
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
- Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
- AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
- Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter prior to the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.
Salary Range: 100,000-110,000 CAD
- Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; [401k/RRSP] matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.
