About the role

We are excited to offer a transformative and rewarding opportunity for a Cybersecurity Junior Analyst to join our team of 3,000 Digital, Data, and Tech experts. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early cybersecurity enthusiast who are eager to launch their careers in cybersecurity and contribute to the future of insurance.

Here's a glimpse of what you could accomplish within our teams:

Application Security: Design and develop secure applications, analyze and fix vulnerabilities, and ensure the implementation of best practices in application security.

Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM): Implement and manage access control systems, protect sensitive data, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Incident Management: Monitor network traffic, investigate security incidents, and collaborate with teams to enhance security measures.

Cloud Security: Deploy and manage secure infrastructures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.), and implement security mechanisms such as encryption and multi-factor authentication.

Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Participate in risk assessments, establish governance policies, and ensure compliance with security standards.

What you bring to the table:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, completed within the past year.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology and cybersecurity.
  • Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies including: SIEM, Next Gen Anti-virus/EDR, AI Threat Intelligence etc.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Understanding of Agile development methods
  • Autonomy, precision, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are an asset.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
