About the role

We are looking for a solution-oriented Cybersecurity Program Manager who thinks like a consultant and thrives in the ambiguity of a technical environment. Working directly with the SVP of Security, you will step into a hands-on, high-impact role (intermediate level, no people management) where you will shift between project delivery, business analysis, and automation to optimize processes and empower the team. Ultimately, you will truly own end-to-end delivery to make our operations faster and more effective.

Your day-to-day in that role :

Project Delivery

  • Support end-to-end delivery of key security initiatives, managing blockers, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with minimal escalation
  • Coordinate delivery across security sub-teams and cross-functional partners (IT, Engineering, Product)
  • Apply the right delivery methodology for the context
  • Own change management strategy for security program rollouts: support rollout, adoption, and transition planning to minimize disruption to users and operations
  • Drive clear, structured communications that maintain transparency, alignment, and momentum across stakeholders

Process Improvement and Automation

  • Identify repetitive manual work across the security team and contribute to automations that reduce it
  • Partner with domain leads (SecOps, GRC, Architecture) to improve how they operate through better tooling configuration and process design
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to improve speed, quality, and decision-making across team operations

Team enablement

  • Coach security team members on delivery best practices, workflows, and tool usage
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture: shorter feedback loops, better visibility, faster delivery

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery, program coordination, or business analysis in a technical environment
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with structure
  • Strong communication skills: you can translate technical work into clear stakeholder updates
  • Security domain awareness: you don't need to be a practitioner, but you understand how core security functions operate
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve team operations
  • Comfort with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio of parallel workstreams with competing priorities

Nice to have

  • Light scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience in cybersecurity or financial services
  • Exposure to AI tooling (prompt engineering, chatbot configuration, LLM-based workflows)
  • Familiarity with agile and lean delivery frameworks
The Reward
  • The A-Team: Work alongside high-performing talent in the industry.
  • Accelerated Growth: The slope of your learning curve here will be vertical. You will touch more production systems in one year than you would in five years at a bank.
  • Top-Tier Coverage: Premium benefits plan fully paid by nesto, including comprehensive insurance and unlimited access to telemedicine and mental health services for you and your family.
  • Rest & Recharge: 4 weeks of vacation to ensure you stay at peak performance.
  • Best-in-Class Tools: Access to the resources and tech you need to execute without friction.
  • Working framework: The environment that makes you productive and enables teamwork (Hybrid model).
Diversity and Inclusion

At nesto, we believe that creativity and collaboration are the result of a diverse team. We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and we strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities to apply. We are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
