About the role

• We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Project Manager with extensive experience to lead our dynamic team through various project implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Job Type: Contractual

Location: Remote (May require travel)

Essential Functions

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Manage a diverse team of consultants, developers, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve project milestones
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, including proactive issue resolution and escalation as necessary
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation process to ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption and ensure successful transition to new systems and processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and across the organization, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
• 15-20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle management and multiple go-live deployments
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across different time zones
• Ability to travel to client's location based in Utah, USA as needed

• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
• MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
