Position Overview:

The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Value Chain performance by leveraging data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Sourcing, Manufacturing, QA & Warehousing. The Analyst translates business needs into system and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying system and process gaps, and delivering solutions that improve performance and decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, applications and workflows that support operational excellence. Your ability to interpret data and communicate insights will help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify system and process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to monitor performance and uncover insights.
  • Writing queries and scripts in SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure data integrity.
  • Documenting workflows, data models, and reporting logic to support transparency and scalability.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based in our Toronto office.
  • Standard business hours apply, with flexibility during peak project periods.
  • Work is primarily office-based
  • Minimal travel may be required depending on project needs.
