We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Data Analyst to join our Analytics Centre of Excellence team within the Technology, Innovation, and Data (TID) department. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of high-impact data products and insights that enable smarter decision-making across Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities, translate them into analytical solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of enterprise performance management.

This role is based in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Manager, Analytics (Residential). This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Operations) to gather requirements, validate insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

  • Champion data governance best practices by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable BI dashboards and reporting tools that support enterprise-level performance tracking and quarterly executive business reviews.

  • Test and verify the completion of work done by Data Engineers to ensure compliance with the original intent of prototype and long-term requirements, including new tables and dashboard enhancements.

  • Support ad-hoc reporting on key performance indicators for various stakeholders across the Commercial and Finance organization powered by insights and analytics through data storytelling.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. 

  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, financial KPIs, and operational analytics.

  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing BI dashboards and contributing to data transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, and stewardship.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at our temporary 20 York Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario location while the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street is renovated, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
