Ameresco has an immediate opening for a Data Analyst.  The position is a 12 Month Contract position. This position will support the implementation and delivery of the AssetPlanner® software suite. This role involves data entry, analysis, software configuration, client support, and training. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality data and effective software use.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems.
  • Respond to client requests for data updates, support, and configuration changes.
  • Provide client support via the support line, service request database, and perform annual client check-ins as required.
  • Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather information on capital assets and input data into the AssetPlanner® software.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data to ensure alignment with established standards.
  • Review and input existing client data and documentation.
  • Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations.
  • Support software implementation, including database configuration, client onboarding, and training sessions.
  • Participate in software testing, provide enhancement suggestions, and report bugs.
  • Provide support for the Energy and Maintenance modules as needed.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree/certification a plus.
  • Experience working with data in an analyst role.
  • Background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is an asset.
  • Experience in client or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
  • Experience with asset management software is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor.
