Role Overview:
As a Data Architect at TheAILabb, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the overall data architecture. You will play a crucial role in shaping data strategies, ensuring seamless data integration, and enabling efficient storage and processing solutions. This role requires expertise in cloud data platforms, data governance, and advanced analytics to support AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implement Data Architectures: Develop scalable and high-performance data architectures to support AI-driven applications and analytics.
Data Strategy & Governance: Establish data governance policies, security frameworks, and compliance measures (GDPR, CCPA).
Cloud & On-Premise Solutions: Define best practices for cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid data storage and processing.
Data Integration & Pipelines: Oversee ETL/ELT processes, real-time data streaming, and batch data processing across multiple sources.
Database & Warehouse Management: Optimize relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, as well as data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with data engineers, AI/ML teams, and software developers to align data solutions with business objectives.
Performance & Scalability: Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure for speed, reliability, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience in data modeling, data architecture design, and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Expertise in cloud data services (Snowflake, AWS S3, Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data solutions using cloud-based warehousing technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala for data processing and automation.
• Knowledge of ETL frameworks and workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, DBT).
• Familiarity with data lake architectures and distributed computing frameworks.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with AI/ML model deployment and data pipelines.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
Familiarity with Graph Databases (Neo4j) and real-time analytics platforms.
