What is the opportunity?
RBC is re-imagining the experience for our Advisors so that they can deliver the best in class customer service. We have partnered with Salesforce to buildout our next generation CRM Advisor Platform, that will enable them to support customer journey's like never before.
We’re in search for Salesforce QE Lead to lead and execute testing for CRM program. You’ll be joining a diverse and inclusive agile lab delivering solutions on integrating RBC systems with Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and Lighting platform.
What will you do?

Overall planning and execution of QE work within the assigned LAB, including managing QE Analysts assigned to the LAB

Design, plan, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts for ETL validation and regression testing.

Verify and validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using ETL tools and SQL queries.

Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements for ETL testing

Develop deep domain knowledge and business logic, processes, flows, data flows and rules, for areas in scope along with hands-on test case creation and test execution

Review test artifacts, ensuring QE processes and best practices are followed

Utilize service virtualization, salesforce mock tools to enable early testing
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
-
3+ years of experience in testing data migration. Strong SQL skills and experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend or DataStage.

Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred with experience in using Salesforce myTrailhead platform

Minimum 5 years of experience in a QE Lead role with proven track record in creating and executing test suites for salesforce integration projects.

Solid experience writing complex E2E test scenarios for complex use cases/business requirements, involving multiple data sources and system interfaces

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related (technical) degree/diploma

Technical testing using experience using APIs, events, logs, batch etc. Test Automation for UI and APIs.

Strong technical background in a variety of environments (cloud, distributed, business workflows, web services/APIs, SQL and non-SQL databases) and proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues in cross-functional projects
