The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into company databases and systems
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
- Update and maintain records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organize digital and physical files
- Generate basic reports as requested
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills
