Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. We believe that human services agencies and the people they serve deserve functional, modern, and easy-to-use software. And we believe we’re the ones to build it. Radicle Health is backed by Alpine Software Group (ASG), a leading private equity investor in vertical SaaS businesses.

The Data Product Analyst will be a key member of our product team, owning and evolving our DataStudio platform. This role requires a blend of data analytics expertise, data infrastructure thought partnership, product stewardship, and customer-centric communication. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience working with data warehouses (preferably Snowflake), a knack for translating raw data into meaningful dashboards and reports, and an interest in developing lightweight product management skills. Approximately 20% of their time will be spent directly interacting with customers to train, support, and guide them on data and analytics best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write advanced SQL queries to analyze data within Snowflake and create/manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders (e.g., billing team) and external customers, possibly leveraging BI tools.
  • Own and fulfill data requests from both external parties (e.g., advocacy groups, coalitions) and internal teams (e.g., product, operations), providing data-driven insights to inform key decisions while ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on the data product, deeply understanding tools (currently Snowflake + Sisense), managing configurations, and collaborating with engineers and the product team to optimize infrastructure, transformations, and sustainability.
  • Ensure that all data products, analyses, and dashboards remain PHI-compliant and meet security/privacy standards such as HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with the Group Product Manager and engineering team to define product vision and roadmap goals for DataStudio, aligning initiatives with business objectives and customer needs while overseeing execution, delivery, and platform maintenance (including version updates and performance tuning).
  • Train customers and internal stakeholders on dashboards, reports, and BI tools, tailoring sessions to technical skill levels, and addressing support tickets related to data quality, reporting issues, or dashboard configuration.
  • Provide guidance during data implementations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and maintain comprehensive documentation on available reports, dashboards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, ensuring teams have clear, up-to-date references for all data-related workflows and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, advanced transformations) and direct experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with Sisense or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and BI solutions that inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • An interest in product management principles—understanding user needs, gathering feedback, and translating requirements into platform enhancements.
  • Prior healthcare software experience, preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare data and privacy standards such as HIPAA compliance, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field preferred.

Other Information:

  • Compensation: $100,000-130,000 base salary
  • Location: Remote
  • Benefits: 401k matching, medical, dental and vision healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, etc.

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
