How you will contribute

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of data products including design, delivery, and governance within Mondelez following established product management practices


  • Advocate for and carefully manage product and project funding including budgeting, headcount needs, and other costs


  • Bridge conversations between ESG stakeholders and technical teams using business domain knowledge and technical expertise


  • Own end-to-end data governance for ESG data maintaining consistent data quality, timeliness, and discoverability


  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, resilience, and innovation in Mondelez' data landscape


  • Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical need


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in data and analytics - including data warehousing, analyzing and visualizing data, SQL, critical thinking and basic understanding of Machine Learning


  • BUSINESS ACUMEN coupled with familiarity with sustainability or supply chain in consumer goods or manufacturing contexts


  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including a natural ability to make things happen around you while managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an well-organized and structured way


  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness


  • CLOUD EXPERIENCE with data solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud


  • DESIGN and data visualization experience


  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

As a product manager for data and analytics ESG, you will use a mix of technical skill and business acumen to help Mondelez build data and analytics products to support our commitments to sustainability and transparency. You'll work cross-functionally to capture, analyze, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, support our sustainability commitments and reporting. The products you drive will serve decision makers across all of Mondelez, by improving our measurement and insight using Mondelez' data. Your contribution will foster the delivery of timely, relevant, and accurate insight to teams that need it. Your skills and experience will connect business leaders to data and analytics solutions throughout Mondelez.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Required Experience:
6+ years of progressive leadership experience in a data and analytics function;
4+ years of product ownership or leadership in the development of data and analytical products;
Experience with SAP or other ERP data in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Experience:
Direct experience in sustainability and/or manufacturing Supply Chain is a plus
Management consulting always a plus
Travel requirements:
Limited travel up to 20% of time
