Job Overview

As a Mid-level DevOps Engineer, you will work with our DevOps and Engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS. We need someone who can maintain our systems and bring new ideas to enhance our team's capabilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, improve, maintain, and implement a multi-cloud infrastructure that delivers our innovative technology platform.
  • Instrument and maintain robust monitoring capabilities across all environments.
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, including cost modeling and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters for application deployment and management.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines following best DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure standard methodologies for infrastructure, application architecture, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members from Product, InfoSec, Finance, and Engineering to ensure compliance with security requirements and frameworks such as ISO27001, FedRAMP, and SOC2.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, with previous experience in CI/CD implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience with Azure AKS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, Travis-CI, AWS CodeSuite, etc.).
  • Experience with GitOps approach using ArgoCD and Helm.
  • Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience with Bash scripting.
  • Strong experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) tools (experience with Terraform preferred).
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with crafting and implementing solutions on AWS cloud platform.
  • Experience with AWS Kubernetes Service (EKS).
  • Experience with multi-cloud architecture and management.
