Summary:

Clio is seeking a talented Digital Designer (9 month contract) who is passionate about creating impactful experiences across our digital channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Clio’s marketing teams in the UK, Ireland, Australian and other emerging markets. While candidates across Canada are welcome to apply, we prefer those based in Toronto to align with the time zone of our EMEA partners. This role can be performed remotely and is not open to candidates in Quebec.

What we are looking for:

This is a great opportunity to join the team that brings ideas to life through brand-elevating content. As a Digital Designer on the Creative team within Marketing, you will focus on all things digital for our EMEA and APAC regions—designing ads, social media assets, landing pages, and more—while upholding the highest standards of quality.

You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced in-house creative team at Clio that values collaboration and is dedicated to growing the Clio brand. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, experience in website design, a solid understanding of UX and UI best practices, and exceptional attention to detail. They should also be able to work independently and take proactive initiative to drive projects forward.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Produce a wide variety of digital marketing assets including, but not limited to, digital advertisements, social posts, presentations, whitepapers, landing pages and website graphics.

  • Design landing pages that are not just beautiful but also drive action in the user, making your landing pages high-performing conversion pages.

  • Collaborate closely with digital designers, brand designers, developers, product marketing managers and marketers to help elevate our brand and drive conversion.

  • Work closely with our Manager, Digital Experience, our Digital team, and our Brand team to ensure design integrity and brand is consistent across all touchpoints. 

  • Work closely with Marketers to design assets for their campaigns and implement feedback.

What you should have:

  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience

  • Experience and comfort in fast-paced and multiple workstream environments

  • Self-starting, proactive and take-charge attitude

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of design assets

  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote should be core elements of your toolbox.

  • Familiarity with UX and UI best practices for the web and web accessibility standards

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to communicate with team members at all levels

  • A keen eye for detail and precision

  • Highly organized

Bonus points:

  • WordPress experience

  • Experience using After Effects or other motion graphics software to create simple animations.

  • Past experience working in a Saas company

The expected new hire base pay for this role is $5,000/month
