moozoom is looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing strategies and want to contribute to mental health education for K-12 students, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing and digital marketing Ads campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with product to build in-product features and workflows to improve user acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, increasing audience engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with content to create engaging blog articles and other SEO related initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the EdTech sector.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to fine-tune lead generation processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content creation.
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns and growing online communities.
  • A passion for education and mental health, with a commitment to supporting K-12 initiatives.
