About the Role

Stack Influence is a venture backed marketplace platform that automates collaborations between eCommerce brands and everyday social media creators. We are a high-growth, remote-first startup.

Stack Influence is hiring a versatile, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.

We are looking for someone who has moved past the "novice" phase of Google Ads and is ready to own B2B campaigns, but who also possesses a wider skillset to support broader marketing initiatives. As we launch a new website and manage team coverage, agility is key.

You will primarily focus on Paid Acquisition, but you will also play a key role in supporting our new website’s SEO strategy, ensuring content continuity when needed, and assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives. If you understand how to drive leads for B2B, but can also speak the language of eCommerce brands, you will fit right in.

Salary is between $60K – $80K CAD.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads & Paid Media (Primary Focus)

  • Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery) with a focus on high-quality B2B lead generation.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
  • Analytics: Deep dive into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, attribution, and ROI.
  • ECommerce Alignment: Leverage any past experience with eCommerce brands to better understand our target market and craft messaging that resonates with DTC founders and marketing managers.

2. SEO & Web Development Support

  • New Site Updates: Assist the team with expansion of our new Webflow website (blog evolution, landing page creation, content/copy updates, etc). You will help ensure SEO best practices are maintained during new site updates.
  • SEO Tools: Utilize Ahrefs and Google Search Console to monitor traffic health and identify keyword opportunities.

3. Content Operations (Coverage & Support)

  • Content Continuity: Provide backup coverage for our content team. You should be comfortable stepping in to manage the blogging cadence, ad creation, and marketing material development when required.
  • AI-Driven Workflow: Utilize AI tools to research topics and draft blog posts, editing them to ensure they meet our quality standards and SEO requirements. Creating AI automations to streamline a variety of marketing initiatives.

4. Marketing Operations

  • HubSpot CRM: Assist in tracking leads through the funnel, analyzing & creating reports, working with hubspot forms, etc.
  • New Marketing Initiatives: Assist with a variety of different marketing initiatives like newsletter marketing, outbound email marketing campaigns, new ad channels, etc.
  • Marketing Automations: Assist with setting up cross software automations with Zapier, implementing new AI marketing automations, and creating streamlined workflows.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Mindset: Avid learner who is a team player but also can spearhead new initiatives.
  • B2B Ads Proficiency: You have run ads for B2B companies before and understand the nuances of lead quality vs. quantity.
  • SEO Literacy: You understand the fundamentals of technical SEO well enough to assist with a site migration without tanking rankings.
  • Tech Stack:
    • Must Have: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc)
    • Strongly Preferred: HubSpot, Ahrefs (or Semrush), Webflow, and Zapier.

"Nice to Haves" (Bonus Points)
  • E-commerce Brand Experience: Since our clients are primarily e-commerce brands, having experience working for or with DTC/E-comm companies is a massive plus.
  • Influencer Marketing Platform Experience: Since our clients are looking for influencer marketing services having experience working for an influencer company is a plus.
  • B2B Marketing Channel Knowledge: Have experience running PR campaigns, managing a variety of different B2B ad platforms (LInkedin, Meta, Reddit, etc), running social media marketing campaigns, and developing outbound ABM email campaigns.
Why Join Stack Influence?
  • Scaling Startup: Stack Influence is a VC-funded startup, one of the leading influencer marketing platforms, and on a mission to allow brands and everyday people to exchange value and creativity without barriers.
  • Growth Potential: You will report directly to the Head of Growth and work with the C-Suite giving you a front-row seat to high-level strategy.
  • Variety: You won't be siloed into just one button-pushing task. You’ll touch Ads, SEO, content, and a variety of marketing initiatives.
  • Tools: We embrace modern workflows (AI, Automation) to make your job more efficient.
  • Impact: We are a platform where your work directly correlates to the company’s revenue. You won't be a cog in a wheel.
  • Autonomy: We value results over micro-management. You will have the freedom to test new ideas.
  • Remote: We are a fully remote team allowing you to work on your own schedule from anywhere you desire (as long as you are available to coordinate with team schedules).
