The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on marketing professional responsible for executing digital programs that build brand awareness, generate leads, and create measurable online experiences. This role owns execution across the website, email, SEO/GEO/SEM, digital advertising, and analytics — serving as the day-to-day driver of our digital presence and demand generation programs. This position combines digital marketing expertise with an analytical mindset to test, measure, and optimize performance across channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with brand and operations colleagues, and will have the opportunity to shape how eClinical Solutions leverages digital channels to reach and engage life sciences decision-makers.

Your day to day: 

  • Website & SEO/GEO: Manage content and SEO/GEO strategy for the corporate website, leveraging analytics tools to improve rankings, UX, and engagement
  • Email & Automation: Design and optimize automated email campaigns in HubSpot, using A/B testing and analytics to increase conversion
  • Digital Advertising: Manage SEM and social/search advertising strategies, leveraging AI search tactics to expand reach and generate leads
  • Campaign Execution: Build landing pages, digital assets, and integrations to support campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs in GA4 and HubSpot, develop dashboards, and report on channel attribution
  • Compliance & Maintenance: Manage website updates, data compliance requirements, and integration with CRM
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing Ops on attribution models, campaign naming conventions, and lead scoring strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred (B2B SaaS experience highly desirable)
  • Experience managing websites, campaigns, and analytics platforms 
  • Hands-on digital marketer with strong executional ownership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Strong analytical skills; able to adapt strategies quickly
  • Excellent collaborator with brand, operations, and growth teams
  • Solid copy-editing and communication skills  
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, SEO/GEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Experience publishing content in WordPress and creating HubSpot landing pages
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite for digital asset support
