Job Overview:
As a Project Manager at Measure Marketing, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between customers and various teams. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, aligned with client objectives, and delivered on time with exceptional quality. You will work closely with the Growth Managers and the delivery team to guarantee smooth execution, providing a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding & Coordination:
- Own the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
- Develop a structured onboarding framework with clear expectations and timelines.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, setting them up for long-term success.
- Track and document progress to optimize onboarding and enhance the client experience.
2. Managing Existing Customer Pod:
- Serve as the primary project owner, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing risks and potential roadblocks.
- Implement structured project communication plans to keep customers updated.
- Work with internal teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a bridge between Account Managers and the Backend team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular project meetings to align teams, provide updates, and resolve challenges.
- Ensure clear documentation and alignment on goals, priorities, and key performance indicators.
4. Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress against established project goals and adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure all projects adhere to structured workflows and best practices.
5. Task Prioritization and Allocation:
- Work with Account Managers to prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and results.
6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve roadblocks swiftly to prevent delays.
7. Quality Assurance & Reporting:
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards for deliverables.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all outputs meet client expectations.
- Generate regular project status reports with key metrics and performance insights.
- Maintain detailed documentation for tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement.
8. Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Proactively seek feedback to refine processes and enhance overall customer experience.
9. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing projects for international clients is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
